Return / Exchange Policy

Our exchange/return policy guarantees our customers a full refund only on products that have not been delivered due to the mistake of the logistics company. You can also request a product credit to use towards our other fine herbal products or your money back guaranteed. We offer a 2 week return for all herbal supplements which are unopened. Any opened bottles or tubes cannot be accepted by us.

Further, all consultation fees are non-refundable. We only consult on a natural way of life through diet and home remedies, and as such we are not making any medicinal claims through our supplements or otherwise.

For an exchange or refund in the aforementioned conditions, you must email to support@sanjeevanipharma.com for a return / exchange authorization number and a return mailing address. This number must be clearly written on the outside of your returned package or our returns department may refuse it. You may not get a timely refund/ exchange if the above guidelines are not followed. Please note that refunds/ exchanges will not be made for herbs that are not returned and received by our office. Shipping and handling charges and consultation charges will not be refunded. A refund for your original order will not be provided once you request a product exchange.

Sanjeevani’s money-back-guarantee is only good on your orders which are wrongly delivered/ undelivered, unless you request an exchange. Special discounts will be adjusted to standard discounts upon acceptance of returned items.
